In addition to our community offering so many amenities like two pools , tennis courts (the only ones Cape San Blas) a playground, boardwalks, security, and fresh water fishing ponds, none of these can quite compare to the awesome, awe inspiring sunsets of Cape San Blas. One of the most unique aspects of the Cape is that the sun sets over the gulf of Mexico. It is a sight to behold. The play of color off of the ocean is truly a masterpiece of the most magnificent kind.
